I was at Best buy the other day with my family after we ate at a restaurant, I didn’t even plan on buying thing, well my dad wanted to get some DVD movies. Anyways I was just looking at some games and I just remembered that I wanted to try out Battlefield 2, so I looked for it and I saw it for $9.99, I was like hey! that’s not bad. So I bought it and I was really surprised how good the quality and how fun overall the game is. Its totally one of my favorite games to play now, next to Test Drive Unlimited that is.
I really like how the Bots act, because they are actually SMART! there not so dumb as in Battlefield Vietnam where they don’t do a damn thing and In order to win I have to kill them all. Its stupid. But in Battlefield 2, you can actually have fun and kick the other teams asses.
You can be the Commander, Squad Leader, Squad Member, Or Solo. I have tried being the Commander but its really hard unless you are playing with real people, other than that I just let the computer be the commander much more easier and you get to have a ton more fun. So I prefer to be the Squad leader of the Alpha team, it really doesn’t matter what team you are on. But you have awesome guns and they really sound real, well much more real than any other war games I have played. The cars in the game are really realistic, they shift gears and they go a lot more faster than the ones in Battlefield vietnam.

I am a serious Audiophile. I download the HIGHEST quality music I can, even if it means another hour of two of searching. I also enjoy looking for different ways to enjoy my music! Whether it be with a new pair of headphones, a slightly better sound card, or adjusting my equalizer a bit to make each song sound as good as it can be, I’m crazy about it. When I heard about a game, advertised on STEAM, that revolves around music, I had to see what it was. This game, named “Audiosurf”, is simply brilliant. Combining game play that can be enjoyed on an old machine, or a new machine, it is visually pleasing, and allows you the joy of selecting music from your computer, or suggested playlists that you can download.
A unique scoring system revolving around collecting small colored pegs on a track, allows you to see your score at the end, and compiles a list (if you’re online) of others who have played that very same song, ranks you based on your score and displays it to the world! Various play styles that change based on the type of vehicle you choose, and 3 general levels of difficulty, mixed with the challenge each song brings, makes this game a really great way to enjoy music, get into it, and be competitive against your friends! I recently bought this game and I am very pleased with it. Its a M.O.O.R Game (Massively Open Online Racing) by Atari and Eden Games. This game rules. You can drive around on 1,000 + miles of road that is synced to real time. So if you go from point A to be Point B in the real world say if its 50 miles and if your doing around 70 mph its going to take you just about the same time in the game. Its really amazing. The cars are soo awesome They sound even if the were real cause they were supposed to be sounded with a real car. My favorite car is the Ford GT, Tops out around 215 mph and its a perfect roaming around the island car. There are also bikes in this game as well.
Now the quality of the game is really good. Its High-Def so you would need a HD TV or a HD monitor to enjoy the game but if you dont analog is still pretty good. The black marks, the wind, the water, the sun it all looks real and even sounds it too. You can stop somewhere and you can hear the birds chirping away and when you are in the city you can hear dogs barking, police and people. Its really cool. The fact that you can drive to a car dealership and buy your own car and then drive to a tune shop and tune it up to make it go faster. Its not a easy game its very hard and takes time to build up money. But if you like racing games then this would be awesome
Now lets talk about the hardware. In this game you can buy the Logitech G25 racing wheel which allows you to drive it like a real car, With the H pattern shifter and even a clutch. The horn even works I really wanna buy this steering wheel. This will burn a hole in your wallet but well worth it $229.99. Buy it here
