If you coulden&#039;t get it to work I was going to suggest a different one called VSO Image Re sizer.   It is free but it will keep asking saying it&#039;s free and this message will go away when you get the commercial one, I hate that but I&#039;m use to it and it works wonderful.  It doesn&#039;t mess up the quality as the image shrinks.</description>

That is really strange because it should work on Windows 7 because Windows 7 and Vista is the architecture, Just 7 has a face lift and lost some weight.  

I&#039;m not sure why it wont work correctly, but you can check out this http://www.codeplex.com/PhotoToysClone because it appears that it works on Windows 7.
